Job Description for a Head of Growth Marketer As Growth Marketer for the company you'll be the driving force behind all our growth marketing initiatives. You'll develop, implement, track and optimize digital campaigns across multiple platforms. Along with that you will be part of our marketing channels and measure to achieve greater success using all sorts of digital marketing strategy that supports our overarching business goals. Ideally, all this will result in acquisition, retention and loyalty of customers. You will have an exposure to content marketer and designer to craft beautiful and compelling stories for campaigns for any of the company products for Social media Posting,defining strategy and bringing organic traffic.Ultimately, as Growth Marketer, you'll make sure our message reaches our target audience so that company can enter the next stage of growth. Roles and Responsibilies: Managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising. campaigns. You're highly creative and have experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage and convert. Youve a knowledge on how Creator Economy and content monetisation works You should have worked with Influencers before and managed them Youre very well aware about video content formats i.e. Reels, Podcast and Shorts Youve working experience with Newsletters and grown the same for any company You optimize landing pages and user funnels. You have a solid knowledge of website analytics tools. Manage and train the rest of the team Stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices Manage all digital marketing channels Measure ROI and KPIs Prepare and manage a Marketing Budget Oversee all the company's & companys clients products social media accounts. You see exciting marketing possibilities in new technologies and emerging trends, have strong analytical skills. Generate new business and raise awareness of other company products. Identify requirements for new products & services to anticipate and potentially lead the market. Identify weaknesses in existing marketing campaigns and develop pragmatic solutions within budgetary constraints Communicate with senior management about marketing initiatives and project metrics, as well as to brainstorm fresh strategies Who you are: Excellent understanding of Growth marketing concepts and best practices Skills and experience in creative content writing, Familiarity with web design 5+ years of experience in product/brand marketing 3+ year of experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies Good knowledge of all different digital marketing channels 3+ year of hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics and CRM software You have a working knowledge of Google Ads and social media advertising. You are skilled in experimentation. Great interpersonal and communication skills Willing to work in pure startup culture. A problem solver, who can tackle obstacles with a logical, pragmatic approach. Collaborative, open-minded and creative. A motivated and self-starter professional, someone whos always looking for ways to improve things. You have a strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with deadlines and believes in delivering results Would be a plus: Experience of the Creator Industry Experience with Community Building in Web3.0, blockchain.
