Role & responsibilities

  • Cuisine Expertise :Indian Cuisine: Prepare and cook a wide range of Indian dishes, including curries, tandoori items, biryanis, and other regional specialties 
  • Tandoor: Manage the tandoor section, ensuring the preparation and cooking of various tandoor-based items like naan, roti, kebabs, and bread 
  • Kitchen Operations: Food Preparation: Prepare ingredients, marinate meats, and chop vegetables to ensure smooth kitchen operations 
  • Cooking: Cook dishes to perfection, following established recipes and techniques 
  • Presentation: Present dishes attractively, maintaining high standards of food plating 
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all dishes meet the established quality and taste standards 
  • Hygiene and Safety: Adhere to strict hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen 
  • Team Collaboration: Teamwork: Collaborate with other members of the kitchen team to ensure efficient service and timely delivery of orders 
  • Training: Assist in training and mentoring junior kitchen staff 
  • Inventory and Cost Control: Ingredient Management: Manage inventory and monitor stock levels for ingredients and supplies 
  • Wastage Reduction: Minimize food wastage and maintain cost control 

Preferred candidate profile

  • You will be responsible for the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes from these culinary traditions 
  • Your role is integral to maintaining high culinary standards and ensuring a delightful dining experience for guests 
  • Hindi, English (very good level)
  • Minimum experience of 2years
