This is your chance to gain valuable experience managing sales operations processes and make a real impact on our company's success. Education: Bachelors Degree (Preferably MBA/PGDM. or equivalent. Students of Final Year can apply What You'll Do: Dive into the world of business operations: Learn the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, and how it's supported by effective processes. Become a data ninja: Analyze sales data, identify trends, and generate reports to inform strategic decision-making. Master the automation game: Use your tech skills to automate workflows, optimize reporting, and create new efficiencies. Be a process pro: Identify areas for improvement, propose solutions, and implement changes to streamline our sales operations. Become a team player: Collaborate with sales reps, marketing, and other departments to ensure seamless processes and achieve shared goals. Contributing the co creation of Marketing collaterals What We're Looking For: A strong desire to learn and grow in the fast-paced startup environment. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets) and a willingness to learn new ones. Good communication and teamwork skills. A proactive person and results-oriented mindset.
