Job Description

- Provide exceptional Customer Service/Information to prospective students by responding promptly to inquiries via Phone, E-mail & live chat
- Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with prospective students to assess their educational goals, interests & needs
- Advise students on Program offerings, Admission requirements, Application procedures & Financial aid options
- Utilize our CRM system to track and manage student inquiries, applications, and admissions processes
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Admissions, Enrollment & Academic advising to ensure a seamless experience for students throughout the admissions process
- Meet or exceed performance targets related to inquiry conversion, Application processing & Student Satisfaction
- Counseling of Walk-ins and effectively following up with the prospective leads
- Counseling/Advising students on Courses available, benefits, duration Etc & Converting them to Admissions
- Computer Knowledge: MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), Emails
