Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Training and Development Officer to join our mall operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs tailored to both corporate staff and retail personnel within the mall environment. The role requires a deep understanding of corporate training methodologies and a proven track record in enhancing the skills and knowledge of retail staff members Responsibilities: Training Program Development: Collaborate with management to identify training needs and objectives for both corporate and retail staff. Design comprehensive training programs encompassing various topics such as customer service, sales techniques, product knowledge, safety protocols, and operational procedures. Develop engaging training materials including presentations, manuals, e-learning modules, and hands-on activities. Training Delivery: Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions for corporate. staff and retail employees. Utilize diverse training methods to accommodate different learning styles and ensure maximum effectiveness. Coordinate with department heads and supervisors to schedule and facilitate training sessions while minimizing disruptions to daily operations. Performance Evaluation: Implement assessment tools to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and identify areas for improvement. Provide constructive feedback to trainees and management based on performance evaluations. Monitor the progress of individuals and teams post-training to ensure skill retention and application in the workplace. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and advancements in training methodologies. Regularly review and update training materials and curriculum to reflect changes in business needs and objectives. Collaborate with stakeholders to implement innovative training solutions aimed at enhancing employee performance and satisfaction. Compliance and Documentation: Ensure training programs comply with relevant regulations, standards, and company policies. Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and outcomes. Prepare reports and presentations summarizing training initiatives, outcomes, and recommendations for management review.
