Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Marketing Manager (Bench Sale/Marketing). The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns, leading market research, identifying market trends, generating leads, and developing sales materials. The Marketing Manager will also be expected to work effectively. with cross-functional teams, including the sales, product, and engineering teams, and to think critically and creatively to achieve marketing objectives. Qualifications Experience in marketing and sales, with knowledge in Marketing-Bench Sales Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills Ability to think creatively and critically to achieve marketing objectives Understanding of market research principles and techniques Knowledge of digital marketing, social media marketing, and SEO Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field Experience in software development or IT industry is a plus Ability to work independently and remotely
