Position: Performance Marketing Specialist
Location: Chakala, Mumbai
Duration: Full-Time (Onsite)
Office Timings:
Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Saturday and Sunday: Weekly Off
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms.
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copywriting to drive qualified traffic and conversions.
Analyze campaign performance data and metrics to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
Implement A/B testing and other optimization techniques to improve campaign performance and ROI.
Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing strategies with client objectives and business goals.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing to drive continuous improvement.
Provide regular reporting and insights to clients on campaign performance, ROI, and optimization recommendations.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
2-3 years of experience in performance marketing, with a focus on managing paid advertising
campaigns.
Proven track record of driving results and optimizing performance across digital channels.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other relevant marketing tools.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
