Job Description

**Job Title: HR Generalist**

**Location:** Knowledge Park 3, Greater Noida

**Experience:** Minimum 3 years

**Responsibilities:**

1. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

2. Handle all operational tasks related to the HR department, ensuring smooth functioning and compliance with company policies and labor laws.

3. Maintain accurate records of attendance, payroll, and employee benefits such as ESIC, EPF, and Gratuity.

4. Implement and conduct employee engagement activities to foster a positive work culture.

5. Prepare and present HR Management Information System (HRMIS) reports for analysis and decision-making purposes.

6. Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures in alignment with organizational goals and legal requirements.

7. Provide support and guidance to employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, grievances, and disciplinary actions.

8. Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners.

9. Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, for data analysis and presentation purposes.

10. Maintain a professional and presentable demeanor in all interactions and represent the HR department positively.

**Requirements:**

1. Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as an HR Generalist.

2. Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance requirements, and employee benefits such as ESIC, EPF, and Gratuity.

3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

4. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

5. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.

6. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

7. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field preferred.
