The State Head will be responsible for managing and overseeing the operations and performance of the company within a specific state, including sales, marketing, and logistics. The role involves frequent travel within the state, but some remote work is acceptable. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field At least 5 years of experience in healthcare management, sales, or marketing Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate a team Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills Proven ability to develop and implement strategic plans and achieve financial targets Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Good understanding of the healthcare industry, regulations, and trends Willingness to travel frequently. within the state, and work remotely as needed Fluency in English and proficiency in local language(s) is a plus Pharmbioz healthcare is an equal opportunity employer and we value diversity at our company.
