The Executive Chef will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and kitchen, including menu planning, food preparation, and staff management. The Executive Chef will also maintain inventory and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Qualifications Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a fine-dining restaurant Excellent knowledge of culinary techniques, ingredients, and equipment Demonstrated ability to create innovative and attractive menus Strong leadership and interpersonal skills Excellent time management and organizational skills Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Experience with inventory management and food cost control Culinary degree or equivalent experience
