Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Chef located in South Goa district. The Executive Chef will be responsible for overseeing the daily kitchen operations, managing the kitchen staff, developing and planning menus, creating and testing new dishes, ensuring food quality and safety standards are met, and managing food and labor costs. The Executive Chef will also collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience and maintain a positive working environment. Qualifications Proven experience as an Executive Chef in a hotel or restaurant industry . Extensive knowledge of culinary techniques and trends as well as pastry and baking Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Excellent organizational and time-management skills Degree or diploma in culinary arts or related field Expertise in managing food and labor cost Up-to-date knowledge of sanitation regulations, safety procedures, and best practices Ability to create innovative menus and dishes to meet guests" dietary requirements and needs A passion for food and culinary arts, with a desire to continually learn and experiment
