Overview :
We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable SAP Quote to Cash (QTC) Consultant to join our global project team. The successful candidate will be integral to managing support tickets, driving system enhancements, and ensuring the smooth operation of our SAP QTC processes.
Job Description
Support sales order processing, pricing, and invoicing in the QTC module.
Resolve order fulfillment, delivery, and revenue recognition problems.
Strong configuration and support experience in SAP SD and CRM modules and their interaction within QTC processes.
Work with sales and customer service teams to enhance QTC processes and customer satisfaction.
Hands-on experience in handling Change Requests and Incident management within the QTC processes.
Participate in SAP QTC implementation projects.
Collaborate with project teams to ensure smooth transitions from project to operational status.
Support testing and integration activities for new implementations.
Manage and resolve support tickets related to SAP QTC.
Provide timely troubleshooting and solutions for system issues.
Work closely with the IT and business teams to address and resolve system-related issues.
Implement and manage system enhancements and optimizations.
Oversee the testing of QTC processes, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Conduct thorough analysis and provide recommendations for enhancement requests. Qualifications & Skills
At least 7+ years of experience in SAP QTC processes, with a focus on SAP S/4HANA implementations.
Proven experience in designing, configuring, and optimizing QTC processes within SAP.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
SAP certification in QTC, SD or CRM modules is a plus.
