ServiceNow Implementation Lead @ Binary Global

Job Description

Demonstrate a strong grasp of IT Service Management (ITSM) and expertise in ServiceNow Integrations. Possess knowledge and proficiency in IT Asset Management (ITAM). Must have experience in CMDB (Configuration Management Database) and CSDM (Common Service Data Model). Stay informed about new ServiceNow releases, features, and best practices related to ITSM, CSM, ITAM, and proactively recommend enhancements or updates to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Effectively coordinate activities across various project phases, including Requirement Gathering, Development, Testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Go Live. Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and adhere to proven Software Development Methodologies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the successful delivery of software solutions. Conduct code reviews and mentor team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement. Oversee the development lifecycle, from ideation to deployment, and ensure the. delivery of high-quality software products. Showcase exceptional skills in customer handling and coordination to ensure a positive client experience. Provide technical leadership to the development team, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices. Prepare professional and compelling decks for estimates, Statements of Work (SOWs), and Proposal Presentations. Engage in client coordination and proficiently manage projects to meet and exceed client expectations
