We have an urgent hiring with one of the Renowned Travel Company - Mumbai 

 

Role: Hotel Operations - Senior Executive/ Asst. Manager (Client Facing)

Experience: Fresher to 8 years

Qualification: Any Graduation/IATA 

Location: Mumbai (Lower Parel)

Working Hours: WFO (Rotational Shifts) 

 

Main Purpose: 

This role is responsible for maintaining excellent support to the travel agent partners. Customer service skills are key for this role and having a solid set of problem solving and sales skills are essential. The Hotel Operations Executive will have a drive to provide support for their partners through effective follow up and operational
assistance.

Responsibilities: 

• Handle incoming and outgoing travel agents/ suppliers/ internal calls.
• Handle email communication with travel agents/ suppliers/ internal staff
• Help Travel agent/ internal staff for booking related queries, amendment and escalations. Provide technical support to travel agents and resolve operational issues.
• Thorough understanding of the portal for the hotel product and ancillary services.
• Coordinate with suppliers for Confirmation, amendments, complaints, escalations.
• Negotiate best terms with suppliers for agent escalation cases.
• Handling pending/ failed bookings and ensuring conversions.
• Provide best-in-class quantitative and qualitative service to travel agents.
• Other potential work engagements as decided by the Company.
