Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Develop and execute ABM strategies tailored to key target accounts, aligning with overall business objectives. Identify and prioritize high-value accounts through data analysis and segmentation. Collaborate with sales teams to create account-specific marketing plans and campaigns. Customer Engagement Strategy: Craft and implement customer engagement programs designed to nurture and retain existing customers. Develop personalized messaging and content to enhance the customer experience at each touchpoint. Monitor customer engagement metrics and adjust strategies as needed to maximize customer satisfaction and loyalty. Data-Driven Insights: Leverage data and analytics to gain insights into customer behavior, preferences, and needs. Utilize customer data to personalize marketing campaigns, offers, and communications. Continuously refine strategies based on performance data and customer feedback. Content. Development: Collaborate with content creators to produce engaging and relevant content that resonates with target accounts and existing customers. Ensure that content aligns with the buyer's journey and supports ABM and customer engagement goals. Multichannel Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute multichannel marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, webinars, and events. Coordinate marketing efforts to ensure a consistent and cohesive customer experience. Customer Advocacy and Referral Programs: Develop and manage customer advocacy programs to identify and mobilize satisfied customers as advocates. Create referral programs to incentivize customers to refer new business opportunities. Performance Measurement: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to ABM and customer engagement efforts. Regularly report on campaign performance, customer engagement metrics, and ROI. Collaboration and Alignment: Foster strong collaboration with sales, customer support, and other relevant teams to ensure a unified approach to customer engagement. Share insights and feedback between marketing and other departments to improve the overall customer experience. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in ABM and customer engagement marketing. Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce). Strong analytical skills and the ability to derive actionable insights from data. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. A customer-centric mindset with a passion for enhancing customer relationships. Up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in ABM and customer engagement.
