Job Description

:
1. Building business competitiveness through timely and quality staffing of Human Resources and having talent pipeline in place (both On-roll as well as off-roll) for Plant & respective zone
2. Training & Development and Capability building of the employees including Talent Management & Succession Planning for Plant & respective zone
3. On time reporting of instances of deviations of company policies, values & ethics
4. Maintain harmonious employee relationship and effective communication with all constituencies
5. Effective implementation of Company policies across all locations including implementation of Organization wide initiatives
6. Drive employment engagement initiatives & brighter living for Plant & respective zone
7. Inculcate performance & leadership culture in the locations
8. Hazard free operation (zero accident)
9. Effective Statutory Compliance management & local liasoning
10.Handle employee quarries & grievances & their redressal
11.Documentation of IMS (Integrated Management System)
12.Time office management and payroll processing
13.Effective administration at the Sales & Marketing Office | Factory locations including Canteen,Security, Transportation, Medical Facility, Infrastructure, etc.
14.Participate and contribute as plant managing committee Member
15.Effective Time Office Management
16.Effective implementation of Company policies includes CSR etc
Qualifications Required: Post Graduate Qualification in Management (HR / Personnel)
