Position: Recruitment Executive

Experience: 6 months+ in job posting and recruitment

Location: Work from Home/Work from Office

 

Responsibilities:

Job Posting and Advertisement:

• Create engaging job postings for qualified candidates.
• Utilize various online channels for job advertisements.

Candidate Sourcing:

• Conduct proactive sourcing to identify potential candidates.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline.

Screening and Shortlisting:

• Review resumes to shortlist candidates.
• Conduct initial screening interviews.

Coordinate and Schedule Interviews:

• Coordinate interview schedules.
• Provide timely feedback to candidates.

Collaboration with Hiring Managers:

• Work closely with hiring managers.
• Ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Maintain Recruitment Data:

• Keep detailed records of recruitment activities.
• Generate reports to analyze recruitment metrics.
