Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative in New Delhi. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, support, satisfaction, and experience to clients. The day-to-day tasks of this role include answering customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, managing customer accounts, and maintaining customer records. Qualifications Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support skills Experience in maintaining customer satisfaction and customer experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and in a team Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience Experience in the tech industry is a plus
