Job Description

Urgent Requirement : 

 

Language: Malayalam/Kannada/ Telugu/Hindi with more than 1 Year of experience in customer care service

 

CTC per Annum: 311472 (21700 K take Home) with 2k performance incentives

Number of required: 15 Nos

Basic Skill set:

• Good English Communication is mandate
• Handling customers query and request for the services & escalation handling.
• Understand customer requirement and provide the best customer service experience
• Rotational day shift (9 am to 6 pm) Fixed Shift
• Fixed Sunday week off

Eligibility Criteria:

• 2 Years experience into voice Customer Support
• Any graduates   (Without Backlogs)
• Age criteria: 18 -30 yrs.
