Our suite of products includes various POS terminals, QR codes, and digital loans for merchants under our subsidiary Mcapital. We work with the largest bank networks, insurance partners, and consumer brands to support their merchants and outlets and service over 16,000 pin codes across India. Our goal is to provide simple tech-led financial solutions to make retail stores self-reliant. Role Description This is a full-time on-site Sales Manager role for Banking Partnerships. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with banks and insurance partners and promoting our suite of financial products to their merchants and outlets. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for overseeing the sales team's performance and developing strategies to meet sales targets. Job Role: Banking. Partnerships Location: Mumbai Qualification: Any Grad/Post Grads Responsibilities: Liaising with the bank and coordinating with internal teams on a daily basis for smooth operational execution Managing the relationship from inception till execution and adding value in terms of customizing the product as per partners requirement. Managing existing portfolio of banking partners Adding value to increase the base and offerings for the current partners. Requirements: Experience in business development and sales in the banking or financial services industry Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Ability to think strategically and develop sales plans to meet targets Knowledge of banking and financial products and services Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or related field Experience in the merchant acquiring industry is a plus
