We team up with EPC contractors for solar installations, offer AMOC services, and provide solar energy advisory services. Based in New Delhi, our mission is to lead the solar industry with innovative solutions, top-class services, and customer satisfaction. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager (EPC Sales). The primary responsibility of the Business Development Manager (BDM) is to identify, develop, and close new business opportunities with EPC contractors and other potential clients. The BDM must be able to manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to sales closing, and build strong relationships with clients. The BDM must maintain a consistent work schedule to ensure maximum productivity while working closely with the in-house team. Qualifications . Proven track record in sales, with an emphasis on B2B sales and selling solar products in India. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to analyze market trends, identify business opportunities, and develop a go-to-market strategy. Experience in developing and executing sales plans, managing sales pipelines, and closing deals. Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Knowledge of the solar industry, including current and emerging trends, technologies, and competitors, is a plus
