Job Title: Online Retail Product Administrator Location: Mumbai, India Overview: Glam Steals is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Online Retail Product Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring that our online store remains a top destination for shoppers. You will be responsible for managing our product listings, enhancing product descriptions, keeping product information up to date, adding visually appealing images, creating collections, and maintaining the product calendar to align with our promotional activities. Key Responsibilities: Product Listing Management: Create, edit, and manage product listings on our online platform. Ensure accuracy and completeness of product details, including titles, descriptions, prices, and specifications. Creative Product Enhancement: Craft engaging and persuasive product descriptions that highlight the unique features and benefits of each item. Collaborate with the creative. team to source and upload high-quality images, ensuring they meet our visual standards. Product Information Updates: Regularly review and update product information, including stock availability, pricing, and specifications. Monitor and respond to customer reviews and queries related to product information. Collections and Categories: Create product collections and categories that improve the customer shopping experience and align with current trends and seasons. Organize products within collections to maximize cross-selling opportunities. Product Calendar Maintenance: Collaborate with the marketing team to maintain a product calendar that aligns with promotional activities, seasonal changes, and new arrivals. Ensure that product launches and updates are scheduled efficiently to meet marketing and sales goals. Supply Chain Optimization: Research and identify potential suppliers to enhance our product offerings and improve the supply chain. Collaborate with the procurement team to negotiate favorable terms and conditions with suppliers. Quality Control: Conduct quality checks to ensure all products meet our brand standards and guidelines. Identify and address any discrepancies or errors promptly. Qualifications: Proven experience in online retail product management or a related role. Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain data accuracy. Excellent written communication skills for creating compelling product descriptions. Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms and content management systems (CMS). Basic image editing skills or the ability to work with graphic designers. Understanding of SEO principles and their application to product listings is a plus.
