Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Leadership:
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve business objectives and revenue targets. Provide strategic direction to the sales team, ensuring alignment with overall company goals.
2. Team Management:
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets. Foster a high-performance culture and provide ongoing training and development opportunities.
3. Market Expansion:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's market presence. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners.
4. Product Knowledge:
Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities. Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our e-rickshaw products and effectively communicate their value propositions to clients.
5. Sales Operations:
Oversee the sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of sales activities with production, marketing, and customer support.
6. Customer Relationship Management:
Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with key clients, addressing their needs and concerns. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty through excellent service delivery.
7. Performance Metrics:
