Business Development Manager / Upwork Online Bidder Quirinius Technologies Private Limited (QTPL) About the job QTPL is looking for Upwork Online Bidder who should be experienced in Custom Application, ERP, CRM, UX/UI and Graphics Design Sales and can successfully convert leads. Responsibilities: (S)he must have good knowledge of proposal making, generating leads, and analyzing client requirements. Attending live chats and form queries received through the company's website. Gathering detailed information and prapering document for proposals. Communicate new project opportunities to existing potential clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and/or existing clients. Understanding the services offered by the company. Arranging meetings with prospective clients. Achieving or exceeding sales. targets. Requirements: Experience required- Minimum 1 years in same domian. Excellent written and verbal communication. Should be familiar with Online Bidding Portals such as UpWork and Freelancer. (S)he must have good knowledge of proposal-making and cover letters. Can understand all services offered by the company. Must be capable of lead identification & potential new markets and or client. Candidate must have IT Background and should be familiar with technologies. Strong negotiation and convincing skills. Ability to work independently. Should be a team player. Ability to achieve sales targets. Location: Sector 20 Panchkula, Haryana
