Job Description

Position Title: ERP Implementation Job Responsibilities: 1. Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements for ERP system implementation. Conduct thorough business process reviews to identify areas for improvement and optimization. 2. ERP Configuration: Configure and customize the ERP system to meet the specific needs of the organization. Implement and maintain system modules, ensuring alignment with business processes. 3. Data Migration: Lead data migration efforts, ensuring accurate and timely transfer of data from legacy systems to the new ERP platform. Perform data cleansing and validation activities to maintain data integrity. 4. Training and Support: Develop and deliver end-user training programs to ensure smooth adoption of the ERP system. Provide ongoing support to users, addressing issues, and troubleshooting system-related problems. 5. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance. operations, and other departments to ensure seamless integration of the ERP system. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to keep them informed of project progress. 6. Testing: Develop and execute test plans to validate the functionality and performance of the ERP system. Collaborate with users to conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and address issues as they arise. Salary: - 25-35k per month
