Job Title: ERP Tech Support (Oracle HCM) Location: Bengaluru / Chennai - WFO Fast Formula Experience Mandatory Job Overview: We're hiring an ERP Tech Support (Oracle HCM) to be the go-to person for technical and functional support. This role demands expertise in Core HR, Absences, OTL, Talent Management, Compensation & Benefits, as well as technical skills in reports development, data conversion, scheduling, security administration, and automation enhancements. Key Responsibilities: - Provide hands-on support for Oracle Fusion HCM modules. - Act as a liaison between internal stakeholders, implementation partners, and Oracle Fusion HCM support. - Develop and customize reports, optimize scheduling processes, and automate HCM enhancements. - Oversee module administration ensuring data accuracy, security, and best practices. Qualifications: - Bachelors or masters degree in Computer Science or related field. - 5-8 years of ERP - HCM Tech Support experience. - Minimum 3 years. of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM. - Strong understanding of HCM business processes. - Expertise in Cloud ERP/HCM solution implementation and post-migration support. - Oracle Fusion HCM certification is a plus. Experience: - Proven experience working with Oracle Fusion HCM modules. - Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. - Proficiency in reports development using Oracle BI Publisher. - Effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
