Qualifications Customer Service Representatives, Customer Support, and Customer Service skills Experience in. handling customer inquiries, complaints, and issues Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work well in a team and resolve conflicts Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills Fluent in English, and fluency in other languages is a plus Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
