  • Maintain up to date records of customer interactions 
  • Handle and process data securely and confidently 
  • Address Customer Inquiries, Concerns and issues promptly and professionally
  • Work Closely with other departments to ensure seamless coordination in delivering services 
  • Coordinate with team members to achieve shared goals
