We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Manager/Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of proven experience in digital marketing. The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing digital strategies to enhance our online presence, drive brand awareness, and ultimately increase sales. Responsibilities: 1. Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to promote our fine jewelry brand across various online channels. 2. Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns, including PPC, social media ads, and display advertising, to maximize ROI. 3. Oversee the creation and execution of engaging and visually appealing content for our website, social media platforms, and email marketing campaigns. 4. Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing efforts using analytics tools and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional. teams, including design, product development, and sales, to align marketing initiatives with overall business goals. 6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and ensure our brand remains competitive. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 2. Proven experience (3-5 years) in digital marketing, preferably within the luxury goods or fine jewelry sector. 3. Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing software. 4. Excellent understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing best practices. 5. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. 6. Creative mindset with an eye for detail and aesthetics. 7. Results-driven and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
