Company Description We suggest you enter details here. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Rewa for a Marketing Specialist. The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing marketing strategies and campaigns that support the company's goal of increasing brand awareness and revenue growth. The Marketing Specialist will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and provide customized solutions, and will work closely with sales and product teams to ensure alignment with product positioning and messaging. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a B2B or technology industry Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels such as social media, email, search, and webinars Experience with marketing automation tools. like Hubspot, Marketo, or Pardot Ability to analyze data and metrics to measure the success of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, or other design tools, is a plus Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms is a plus
