Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced/fresher Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates for various positions within the organization. The Recruiter will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, create job descriptions, and attract qualified candidates. This position offers flexibility and the opportunity to work remotely.
Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create comprehensive job descriptions.
2. Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
3. Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
4. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and team members.
5. Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to offer acceptance.
6. Provide regular updates to hiring managers on the status of open positions and candidate pipelines.
7. Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to manage candidate information and streamline the hiring process.
8. Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates for future opportunities.
9. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment to enhance the effectiveness of the hiring process.
10. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience as a recruiter, either in-house or as a freelance recruiter.
2. Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work independently and remotely, while maintaining a high level of accountability.
5. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
6. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
7. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
8. Understanding of employment laws and regulations.
9. Proactive and creative approach to problem-solving.
10. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred).
