Job Description

JOB PURPOSE Partner with Business Unit stakeholders to define specific roles, technology, locations, make a sourcing plan, work on external employer branding, vendor management, research and benchmarking, ensure process compliance within the guidelines, policies and norms of Varroc; building strategic perspective through interaction with industry peers and provide inputs to Business Unit. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES Recruitment budgeting Incumbent is responsible to give inputs for corporate Recruitment Budgets. Current manpower plan understanding and communication with all the stakeholders Assist Lead TA for preparation of TA Budget Ensure monthly tracking of the budgeted positions on number and cost Monthly Budget MIS preparation Sourcing Understand the requirement from hiring manager/ BU HR / BU head, check the availability of profiles in the existing pipeline Use IJP as first source of hire. Use referrals and job portals to enable search. Shortlist & Screen the. CVs, Preliminary interview the candidate and share the shortlisted profiles with hiring manager with notes Schedule the interview of shortlisted candidates with hiring manager, manager's manager, BU head/ functional head. Send email to candidate based on communication received from the hiring manager on the candidate selection or rejection Complete reference check based on the reference details received from the candidate. Offer roll-out Salary proposal & offer making process with required approvals Roll-out the offer, post rollout Initiating Pre-Post Joining Formalities Onboarding Plan the onboarding, Induct the new joiner on day 1 , share the documents for employee ID creation and hiring in SAP Request office 365 for email ID, laptop configuration and share the details of employee with admin team Vendor management Vendor empanelment process at group level depending on their performance. Discussion with legal and SCM for commercials and agreement vetting Vendor management of recruitment consultants, share the requirements, evaluate the performance quality of vendors, process the PR and PO used for pre-employment medical check-up vendors Vendor invoice processing HR MIS and branding Maintain recruitment tracker for the respective Business Unit Market intelligence on a monthly basis to enable we are in the forefront of Hiring practices Branding positions on LinkedIn / other social platforms to ensure brand recall and cvs into the pool Process Compliance Manage process audits as per agreed guidelines and process flow to ensure the TA process is compliant. QUALIFICATION Basic Qualification MBA (Human Resources) Preferred Qualification BE/B.Tech WORK EXPERIENCE Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Manufacturing industry (Automotive Preferrable) Hand-on with Job Portals and Social/Professional recruitment platforms Good understanding of policies / process like Relocation, Internal Job Posting, Employee Referral, Compensation & Benefits Philosophy Good understanding of the Job Market with experience of connecting with Active & Passive candidates in the Sector / Industry in which the business operates Hands-on with ATS, MS Office, Dashboards and MIS reports w.r.t the Talent Acquisition process Ability to guide and work with the Corporate Communication & Marketing team on Employer Value Proposition and Recruitment Marketing through relevant online platforms
