Job Description

As a Hr Associate/ Sr. Hr Associate, you will be responsible for managing the complete life cycle of recruitment.

What you will do:

• Sourcing candidates through job portals like Naukri, Internshala, and social media platforms
• Screening the candidates based on educational qualification, communication skill and experience
• Scheduling and tracking the shortlisted candidates for the interview
• Meeting the targets as per the recruitment plan
• Maintaining the database, Mis and reports of the candidates
• Being involved in the joining process of the employee onboarding, documentation, and the post joining activities
• Communicating with internal stakeholders on regular basis and conducting employee engagement activities

What you need to have:

• BBA/MBA or any equivalent degree
• High motivation
• Can do attitude
• Must be tech savvy
