Responsibilities: Product Listing and Management: Create compelling and accurate product listings on various e-commerce platforms. Manage inventory and ensure timely updates of product availability and pricing. Optimize product listings for search engine visibility and enhanced customer engagement. Creative Design: Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to create visually appealing product images and banners for online listings. Design eye-catching graphics and promotional materials to enhance the overall online shopping experience. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive pricing, and customer preferences. Provide insights on potential product additions or improvements. based on market analysis. Customer Engagement: Assist in developing strategies to engage and retain customers through effective product presentations and promotions. Respond promptly to customer inquiries and reviews to ensure a positive online shopping experience. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of product listings using e-commerce analytics tools. Generate reports on key metrics and propose actionable recommendations for improvement. Collaboration and Learning: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and customer service, to align product listings with overall business goals. Actively participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance e-commerce and design skills. Qualifications: Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, Design, etc.) or recent graduate. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) for creating visually appealing product content. Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms and their functionalities. Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
