Job Description

JD_CF Weaving_Lead_Machine_Operator

 -Conduct regular inspections of woven carbon fiber products to ensure they meet quality specifications.
 -Identify and address any defects or deviations from quality standards.

 Maintenance and Troubleshooting:

-Perform routine maintenance on weaving machines to ensure optimal functionality.
-Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues promptly to minimize downtime.

Safety Compliance:

-Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
-Report any safety concerns or incidents promptly.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Carbon Weaving Machine Operator or similar role. Preferred to have 4-5 years of experience in
carbon fiber weaving operations
Knowledge of carbon fiber materials and weaving processes.
Technical proficiency in operating and maintaining weaving machinery.
Strong attention to detail and quality control.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Commitment to safety protocols and guidelines.
Physical stamina and ability to lift and move materials as needed.

Education and Certification:

- Diploma Textile 

For L & K  Diploma in Textile (For L you can look for fresher but must have an understanding on glass fibre) 

For J - Graduation in Textile

Certification in machine operation or relevant field is a plus
