Role Description Akhand Jyoti Eye Hospital is seeking a full-time, on-site Team Leader. for Face to Face Fundraising located in Bengaluru. In this role, you'll be responsible for leading a team of fundraisers to acquire new donors and sustain existing relationships. You'll work closely with leadership to develop and implement a successful fundraising strategy that aligns with the hospital's mission. You'll also be responsible for monitoring progress, analyzing data, and making recommendations to optimize fundraising efforts. Qualifications 5+ years of face-to-face fundraising experience, with demonstrated success in acquiring new donors and retaining existing ones 2+ years of leadership experience, with demonstrated success in training, coaching, and developing team members to meet performance targets Strong knowledge of fundraising best practices, with the ability to design and implement successful fundraising strategies that align with organizational goals Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience using fundraising databases and software Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent professional experience Passionate about eliminating curable blindness and empowering women in low-income regions If you possess a thoughtful approach to leadership, are motivated by our mission, and meet the qualifications listed above, we encourage you to apply
