Vansun Mediatech Pvt Ltd ( www.91wheels.com, www.giznext.com, www.unicorntechmedia.com ) is looking for senior digital marketing professionals with 2 to 5 years of experience in building high impact digital campaigns for brand and performance activation. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. The selected person would be responsible for designing digital / social media strategy and its execution. He/she will own revenue growth responsibility and will be responsible for long-term planning, strategic consulting and business development. Ideal candidate would be a versatile domain expert who can efficiently handle both social media and digital marketing services. Experience: 2 - 5 Years Location: Gurugram Role: Full Time Designation: Assistant Manager / Manager / Sr Manager - Digital Marketing ( Performance Marketing ) *People willing to work 6 Days/Week - Should Only Apply** Key Responsibilities Areas: As a digital marketer, you would need to: Formulating and. handling the SEM, SMO, PPC strategy for our in-house + external clients 2. Coordinate with external agencies/ other departments and ensure the desired goals are met. 4. Track, report, analyze, share results, and making recommendations to improve overall performance. 5. He/She should handle clients by communicating via conference calls and emails. 6. Conduct Audits, Keyword research, competitor analysis for strategizing marketing efforts. 7. Help customers create PPC strategies, including keyword research, Account structuring & optimization. 8. Creating social media campaigns, tracking targeted keywords and generating leads for our clients 9. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) 10. Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights 11. Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies. Collaborate with Head of Marketing for Brand growth 12. Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion test 13. Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience 14. Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points 15. Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate. Professional Skills/Competencies: 1. 2-5+ years of proven experience in Digital Marketing with proficiency in SMM, SEM & SEO ( hands on experience on working on each channel with heavy budgets ) 2. Multitasking and the ability to work within a provided time constraint. 3. Excellent communication skills & fluency in English (Writing, Speaking & Comprehending) 4. In-depth knowledge of all tools and other required tools ( GOOGLE ADWORDS / FACEBOOK / GOOGLE ANALYTICS ) 5. Keep abreast by identifying the latest trends and technologies in the industry and implementing them. 6. Prompt decision-making skills & excellent 7.
