Job Description

We are looking for a Purchase Officer to buy products that are essential for our companys day-to-day operations. Who will review prices and quality and ensure optimal stock levels. Designation: Purchase - Executive/Senior Executive Location: New Delhi (NSP) Job Responsibilities: a) Evaluating vendors, negotiating contracts and preparing reports (e.g. on orders and costs.) For this role, He should have good knowledge of market research, along with solid analytical skills to make sure He is identifying the most profitable offers. b) Research potential vendors, Manufacture, Distributors and dealers also. All makes of TMT Bars & Steel Structure like Angle, Channal, Beam, Flat, MS Plates, Binding wire & all related items also. c) Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers. d) Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing e) Track orders and ensure timely delivery f) Review quality of purchased products g) Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal. databases h) Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices i) Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analysis j) Knowledge of Computer and email writing is must. k) Solid analytical skills, with the ability to create financial reports and conduct cost analysis l) Negotiation skills m) Should be open to travel locally and all over India for office work
