Job Profile: Senior Executive-IT Procurement Location: Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra JD: 1. Sourcing and rate negotiation of IT Spares locally and nationwide with best supplier & ensuring quality and timely delivery. 2. Ensuring appropriate purchase of IT spare parts. 3. Must have complete hands on and knowledge of entire P2P process and indirect procurement. 4. Researching potential vendors and vetting them to meet purchasing needs. 5. Coordination with inventory control to determine and manage inventory needs. 6. Managing warehouse for proper stock inventory. 7. Evaluating supplier performance and working with representatives to resolve issues. 8. Tracking orders/shipments and informing store team of incoming loads. 9. Maintaining network of professional contacts to discover new opportunities for good deals on orders. 10. Proficient in ERP system and should have knowledge on how to operate 11. Managing supplier performance (monthly, quarterly, half yearly, annual). 12. Preparing & monitoring Logistics expenditure and implementing remedial measures where appropriate. 13. Managing and training staff in the operation of Logistics, Procurement, warehousing, materials systems. 14. Efficient in supplier relationship management so the relationships with suppliers will be developed and maintained. 15. Assisting in tender agreements in terms of asset costing, stock planning, OEM coordination, etc, 16. Developing cost analyses and preparing recommendations for Project managers.
