Job Description

MNC Life Insurance Company , a leading player in the Life Insurance industry, is seeking dynamic and result-oriented individuals for the position of Bancassurance Executive. The selected candidates will be responsible for driving the sales of our life insurance products through the bancassurance channel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Forge strong relationships with partner banks to ensure effective collaboration.
• Promote and sell life insurance products to bank customers.
• Provide comprehensive information about various life insurance policies.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Conduct regular training sessions for bank staff on new insurance products and updates.
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation of insurance policies.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' offerings.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of [1 years] of experience in Life Insurance or Banking.
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Knowledge of bancassurance operations and regulations.
• Insurance certification will be an added advantage.
