MNC Life Insurance Company, a prominent name in the Life Insurance industry, is inviting applications for the position of Agency Development Manager. We are seeking self-motivated individuals who are passionate about building and leading a successful team of insurance agents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train, and develop a team of insurance agents.
• Set and achieve sales targets for the agency channel.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to agents to enhance their performance.
• Conduct regular training sessions on products, sales techniques, and industry updates.
• Develop and implement strategies to expand the agency network.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the agency team.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of [1 years] of experience in Life Insurance, with a focus on the Agency Channel or any other sales experience any companies .
• Proven track record in recruiting and managing a successful team.
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong understanding of life insurance products and industry trends.
• Agency development or sales management certification is a plus.
