Job Description

MNC Life Insurance Company, a leading name in the Life Insurance sector, is looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as Bancassurance Team Leader. This role involves leading and managing a team of Bancassurance executives to drive sales and foster strong relationships with partner banks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, train, and develop a high-performing team of Bancassurance executives.
• Collaborate with partner banks to maximize business opportunities.
• Set and achieve team sales targets in line with organizational goals.
• Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to team members.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and implement improvement plans.
• Foster a positive and collaborative team culture.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of [7 to 12 years] of experience in Bancassurance, with a focus on Team Handling.
• Proven track record in leading and managing a successful sales team.
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong understanding of life insurance products and bancassurance operations.
• Certification in team management or relevant field is a plus.
