Requirement:
- 1 to 4 years of hands-on experience in IT recruitment, especially in contract staffing.
- Proven experience in sourcing and placing candidates for technical roles (Frontend, Backend, Full Stack, and Cloud).
- Excellent communication skills in English and fluency in Hindi or any local language.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
- Preferred Educational Background: BE/BTech/BSc in Computer Science, IT, or any technical stream.
