Job Description

Job Description 1. Prepare training module and co-ordinate with all the Dept. for the Updates 2. Trainer will be responsible for the compete training for Day 1 to 7 3. Liaise with managers to determine training needs and schedule training sessions. 4. Design effective training programs. 5. Conduct seminars, workshops, individual training sessions etc. 6. Support and mentor new employees for call centre 7. Keep attendance and other records for trainees 8. Monitor employee performance and response to training 9. Developing Evaluation Programs 10. Monitoring Customer Interactions 11. Call Calibration sessions 12. Develop and execute test plans to ensure that all objectives are met. 13. Ensure ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements. 14. Call Audits and mentoring of staff accordingly Experience :-7 year Salary:- 50,000 /- Working Days:-6 Days (Roster Base Week Off)
