Work with Educational Initiatives About the Assessments Team Founded in 2001, Educational Initiatives Private Limited (EI), is South Asias leading assessment research and educational technology organization, motivated by the vision of creating a world where children everywhere are learning with understanding. Key Roles and Responsibilities: Content Development Contribute as a key member in the design. implementation, administration, evaluation, and revision of assessments for the projects. Create/Review/ Facilitate high-quality assessment tools in for the projects in the related subject. Ensure high-quality, pedagogically appropriate and innovative content creation and review, with a learner-centric focus. (Pre-K to 10 in the Hindi language). Write remedial for low-performance questions Validating translated questions in Hindi and content to enhance the quality of the same Coordinate and work with team members (internal as well as freelance members) and ensure that deliverables are met on time, and with high quality. Support in translation and validation of questions in Hindi for different subjects to ensure high-quality vernacular content. Maintain appropriate documentation for all the deliverables. Travel to the field to evaluate the implementation of various assessment tools Support Support/perform data analysis to measure student performance and unearth learning trends. Support in designing and conducting training and workshops on Assessment Processes, Question making, understanding results, reports, etc. Organizational Development Expand the scope of projects by high-quality dissemination through blogs, journal articles and working papers etc. Do continuous assessments and content-related research to improve the existing knowledge in the team. Support in teams growth and learning needs and build their capacity around pedagogy-related activities. Qualifications and Experience: a. Graduate/postgraduate with Hindi as one of the major subjects. b. 1-3 years of experience in the education space. A teaching experience in the K-8 segment will be an added advantage. Required skills: A strong understanding of education, instruction, and assessments, with a specific focus on Hindi. Strong understanding of Indias education landscape. Effective verbal and written communication skills and stakeholder management skills. The ability to learn fast, and grasp Educational Initiatives models and business. Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to communicate technical details with individuals from diverse backgrounds effectively. The ability to work collaboratively in teams and independently as a self-starter.
