The Onsite Manager/Pre-sales Facilitator is responsible for overseeing on-site operations, managing client relationships, and facilitating pre-sales activities
This role requires a strong blend of leadership, technical knowledge, and communication skills
The individual in this position will collaborate with sales teams, technical experts, and clients to ensure seamless pre-sales processes and outstanding customer experiences
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and requirements
Act as the main point of contact for clients during pre-sales activities
Address client queries and concerns promptly and professionally
Pre-sales Facilitation:Collaborate with sales teams to understand client requirements and propose appropriate solutions
Coordinate with technical experts to develop tailored proposals and presentations for potential clients
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase company offerings
Provide technical guidance and support to sales teams during pre-sales activities
Onsite Operations Management:Oversee on-site operations and ensure smooth execution of projects
Supervise onsite staff and provide leadership and support as needed
Monitor project progress and address any issues or obstacles to ensure timely delivery
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination between onsite and offsite activities
Technical Knowledge:Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and product offerings
Possess in-depth knowledge of company products/services to effectively communicate their value to clients
Provide technical expertise and guidance to both clients and internal teams
Documentation and Reporting:Prepare detailed and accurate reports on pre-sales activities, client interactions, and project progress
Maintain comprehensive documentation of client requirements, proposals, and project details
Provide regular updates to management and stakeholders regarding pre-sales activities and project status
Qualifications and Skills:Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (Masters degree preferred)
Proven experience in pre-sales facilitation and onsite management, preferably in a technical or IT-related industry
Strong technical background with a good understanding of IT products and services
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
Strong leadership and team management skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively
Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
Proficiency in relevant software applications and tools
