Job Description

  • The Onsite Manager/Pre-sales Facilitator is responsible for overseeing on-site operations, managing client relationships, and facilitating pre-sales activities
  • This role requires a strong blend of leadership, technical knowledge, and communication skills
  • The individual in this position will collaborate with sales teams, technical experts, and clients to ensure seamless pre-sales processes and outstanding customer experiences

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and requirements
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients during pre-sales activities
  • Address client queries and concerns promptly and professionally
  • Pre-sales Facilitation:Collaborate with sales teams to understand client requirements and propose appropriate solutions
  • Coordinate with technical experts to develop tailored proposals and presentations for potential clients
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase company offerings
  • Provide technical guidance and support to sales teams during pre-sales activities
  • Onsite Operations Management:Oversee on-site operations and ensure smooth execution of projects
  • Supervise onsite staff and provide leadership and support as needed
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues or obstacles to ensure timely delivery
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination between onsite and offsite activities
  • Technical Knowledge:Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and product offerings
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of company products/services to effectively communicate their value to clients
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to both clients and internal teams
  • Documentation and Reporting:Prepare detailed and accurate reports on pre-sales activities, client interactions, and project progress
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of client requirements, proposals, and project details
  • Provide regular updates to management and stakeholders regarding pre-sales activities and project status
  • Qualifications and Skills:Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (Masters degree preferred)
  • Proven experience in pre-sales facilitation and onsite management, preferably in a technical or IT-related industry
  • Strong technical background with a good understanding of IT products and services
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
  • Proficiency in relevant software applications and tools
