Job Description

The Marketing Manager will work closely with the sales, product, and content teams to develop and implement effective marketing strategies that align with Apposites business goals and brand identity. The ideal candidate will also oversee the marketing budget, track and analyze the performance of marketing activities, and report on the results. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Brand positioning tasks (40%): Define and communicate our unique value proposition and brand identity to our target market, Conduct customer segmentation and persona development to understand the needs, preferences, and motivations of our potential and existing customers, Develop and execute brand positioning strategies and campaigns across multiple channels, such as website, social media, email, and events, Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our brand positioning efforts and adjust accordingly, Stay updated on the latest trends, best practices, and technologies in the learning and development. industry and the competitive landscape. Brand marketing tasks (40%): Develop and implement marketing strategies and programs for our products and services, including online and offline channels, Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, such as sales, product, content, design, and vendors, to ensure brand consistency and alignment, Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for growth, Manage and optimize the marketing budget and allocate resources across different marketing initiatives, Achieve qualified lead generation targets through judicious marketing budget spends and effective lead generation campaigns, Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns, including email, social media, webinars, events, SEO, SEM, and PR, Create and manage marketing collateral, such as brochures, flyers, newsletters, case studies, testimonials, and videos, Monitor and measure the effectiveness of marketing activities and campaigns, using various tools and metrics, Generate and analyze marketing reports and provide insights and recommendations for improvement, Identify, evaluate, hire, and work with suitable external agencies (as & when required) for delivery of marketing objectives, Build in-house marketing competencies as & when required, for meeting marketing objectives of the company
