A Smart contract lifecycle management via automated document creation, Online negotiation, paper-free execution & centralized storage About the Role As a key member of the senior leadership team, the. Head of Marketing will drive the development and execution of a comprehensive marketing philosophy, business strategy and direction of the organization. The position oversees the organizations branding, digital & traditional marketing, event planning, public relations and community outreach programs. Job Responsibilities Lead the Marketing, Public Relations and Event Planning Departments in the development and execution of marketing initiatives, communications, events, and campaigns that elevate the Company brand Develop a comprehensive marketing strategy and execute a sophisticated marketing plan, while effectively managing brand and reputational risk, to ensure the internal and external brand is optimally aligned with the organizations strategic objectives Create internal synergies to expand brand exposure and leverage relationships with internal and external business partners Develop and implement the organization's multi-channel, multi-segment marketing campaign based on industry-leading insight Expand, develop, and maintain media relationships to create a positive external and internal image associated with brand recognition Ensure the firm has a coherent and consistent branding strategy while recognizing and addressing the needs of specific business units and understanding the audiences of those business units Oversee budgeting, and the implementation of budgets, so as to monitor progress and present marketing metrics both internally and externally. Determine KPIs for the marketing department, and work with sales, business development and customer success teams to ensure an integrated approach to customer attraction, support and retention. Oversee market research, pricing, product/service marketing, marketing communications, advertising and public relations. Oversee the preparation and approval of all marketing reporting materials and metrics for "Your Organisation's" Board of Directors; prepare and communicate monthly and annual marketing reports. Manage cash flow, forecasting and workflows; direct all financial, project-based, and departmental accounting. Execute online and offline marketing campaigns customised to drive "Your Organisation's" digital marketing positioning (localisation of Website, SEO, SEM, Digital campaigns) as well as to fill and grow the leadership pipeline with high-quality leads. Analyse market trends and success of marketing campaigns; create reports and implement improvements as needed. Planned, organise and execute various marketing events such as prospect and customer events, conferences, and exhibitions to increase brand awareness. Skills Required 6+ years of progressive experience in planning, managing, and executing multi-channel, multi-segment marketing campaigns Experience in planning, managing, and executing multi-channel, multi-segment marketing campaigns Experience in the IT product industry is preferred Advanced subject matter knowledge of traditional and digital marketing Experience in delivering marketing messages through video, mobile platforms and social media Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively across various departments and create best-in-class content Proven leadership expertise with effective team-building skills and conflict-resolution management Highly organized and able to multitask and manage multiple projects and competing priorities without sacrificing accuracy or efficiency Professional presence and ability to develop strong working relationships with executive management Solid research skills with the ability to stay ahead of current marketing industry trends
