We are now looking for an experienced B2B Marketing Consultant to join the team to help lead, shape, manage and execute online b2b lead generation or marketing campaigns for various global clients. You should be comfortable and experienced in leading a hybrid team of marketing executives and also providing strategic guidance and direction ensuring high quality campaigns are well managed & executed at all times within budget. You are highly adaptable in running both Agile and Waterfall in a fast-paced environment working with various interdisciplinary teams across the regions both within the agency and on the client-side. You are a fast and flexible go-getter who is passionate about digital marketing, keen to learn, process and result driven. Key Responsibilities Serve as team lead managing across all domain areas assigned to the media strategy. operations & delivery team and key client stakeholders Work with the team to gather, develop and formulate campaign requirements, creative needs from client and / or with the agency account team into a proper brief (copy, creative assets, audience segments, etc.) Track and monitor campaign delivery from briefing, execution and post launch ensuring that all are launched in timely manner within the agreed requirements, cost & schedule and inventory allocation; as well as flag campaign risk and mitigation planning Bring a strategic vision and guidance for the marketing campaigns while still being able to execute and overcome the tactical challenges to get things done Manage the setup, launch and oversee the implementation of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, and display advertising campaigns Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) Work on improving the quality of online content, brand awareness, and reach of the company's social media channels and digital marketing channels Give highly creative digital marketing ideas and monitor client campaigns Provide leadership and guidance to the digital marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, Innovation, continuous improvement and act as a team player Preparing accurate reports on the client's marketing campaigns overall performance Responsible for end-end delivery, Output, and execution of multiple projects Identifying the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry Evaluating important metrics that affect new conversations, leads, appointments, target audience, and message campaigns (email and LinkedIn) Working with the team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies Track, Measure, and Manage all the activities related to lead generation SMO, PPC, Google Analytics metrics, and Email marketing Drive customer acquisition using lead generation strategies Research competitors and provide suggestions for improvement Manage and report team capacity, allocation and utilization Monitor daily operations and address potential issues when they arise. Maintaining relationships with existing clients as well as working with the sales team while taking steps to acquire new ones. What We Need Of You Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 8-10 years of experience in digital media experience At least 3-5 years in management role managing team size of 8-10, preferably in media agency, working closely with clients and cross functional teams Hands-on experience in marketing campaigns / agency operations Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills Proficient in Google Suite: Drive, Docs, Slides, Sheets or equivalent (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel) Ability to develop and manage project timeline, execution and delivery Ability to manage multiple complex campaigns simultaneously, multi-tasking where needed Ability to identify and prioritize campaign priorities when needed Process driven and ability to identify areas of improvement with recommendations to drive higher delivery / execution efficiencies and quality output Experienced in both Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies High energy and go-getter attitude; work well within a team and independently Good written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail and eager to learn
