KeyResponsibilities:


LDStrategy Execution:

Partnerwith leadership to define implement a comprehensive LD strategy thataligns with business goals.

Developa roadmap for leadership, functional, and behavioral learning initiatives.

LearningCulture Capability Building:

Establish a strong learningculture, driving at least 80% employee participation in upskilling andleadership programs.

Fostera learning culture that brings razor-sharp focus on continuous upskilling reskilling, internal mobility, and leadership readiness.

Buildstructured learning paths to close competency gaps, to improve performancemobility.

ProgramDesign Facilitation:

Designand deliver high-impact learning programs using blended methodologies.

Implementbehavioral, leadership, and technical learning initiatives with a strongengagement framework.

LearningTechnology Innovation:

DriveAI-powered learning adoption, LMS integration, and gamification strategies.

Enhancedigital learning engagement by 30% within six months.

DriveAI-based learning innovations to improve accessibility and impact.

Utilizegamification techniques to create immersive learning experiences.

MeasurementROI:

Defineand track key learning KPIs linked to employee performance, retention, andbusiness success.

Ensurelearning initiatives deliver measurable business outcomes with clear ROImetrics.

ExternalPartnerships:

Identifyand onboard strategic learning partners, universities, and e-learningplatforms.

Functional KPIs:

Establishfeedback loops to refine LD initiatives based on business needs employee input.

KeyCompetencies:

Deepknowledge of instructional design principles, adult learning theoriesfacilitation techniques.

Stronggrasp of LMS platforms, AI-based learning, and digital learning ecosystems.

Experiencein designing behavioral and leadership development programs for a globalworkforce.

Provenability to lead and scale LD initiatives in a global organization.

Strongstorytelling, presentation, and coaching skills to engage diverse learners.

Experiencewith content creation tools (e.g., Articulate, Vyond), digital learningtechnologies.

Excellentanalytical skills to measure learning impact and optimize programs.

Abilityto collaborate with senior stakeholders and influence leadership decisions.

EducationWork Experience:

10-12years of relevant experience in Learning Development, Talent Development,or OD space.

Experienceworking with various LD frameworks and global talent developmentstrategies.
